I've never sent one, but I did receive one once that said something along the lines of 'if in a few years (if you are free) and i was to ask you out what would your answer be?', he then told me he didn't mean to send it.

I sent a text to a guy on saturday night that was meant for my friend,i called all men barstewards and stuff and then said to come over any time!She had been arguing with her bf.
this is the same guy who`d been texting me and stuff then went really quiet,he text before that msg and said he would call and i haven`t heard a word from him,he probably thinks i`m some sort of maniac!!

Yeah, I was sending a new years eve message to a best friend and it went something like - You are the best ever and I love you now and forever. Happy new year darlingxxxxx. Anyway I was so drunk I ended up sending to all. I had just started a new job and my bosses number was on my phone. I nearly died when I had to go back to work. I never mentioned it, and neither did he. Funny though.

I did I was chatting on this web-site to these 2 different guy's and i sent an email to the wrong guy and he was like what the f_ck? and i said it was just a joke I wanted to see how you'd take it, he just kinda laughed it off but kept asking me where it came from and how I came up with that out of the blue I just said that was how my head thought and I was a weird person like that. We chatted a little after that but after awhile I just ignored both of them.

I once was sent an email about 'male surgical enlargement' that was quite funny so I forwarded it to a colleague where I work for a large communications firm.
My friend had a popular name and I picked the wrong id from the internal directory.
shock, horror! when I received an email back from the manager of department that plans where telephone poles go.
'The pole erection unit' !!!!!! He wasn't impressed!

When I was on holiday in Thailand I sent an explicit email to my friend, regarding a guy I had pulled. I was drunk at the time and remember saying to myself 'whatever you do, do not send this to your mother.'
That's right, my friend never received the email.

I once sent an explicit message meant for my boyfriend to my teenage niece. She thought it so ... amusing, the little darling showed it to her parents. My sister and brother in law were less .... amused. The boyfriend? He laughed until his pants fell off.
I can't blame being drunk, I'm teetotal and I was wide awake.

I sent a text message to my best friend that was meant for my hubby, it was pretty full on and when she text me to say what I'd done I wanted to floor to open up and swallow me, totally embarrassing.

OH YEAH! I have two people right next to each other named Sandra and I sent the wrong Sandra the message and it was BAD!!! Her Husband is my husband's superior at the police dept.! I felt like a schmuck!!!

no but somebody at work put a message if we should do something for a supervisor who was leaving and nobody liked her and there had been a lot of problems. somebody answered "No we shouldn't do anything for her, we should treat her like we were treated and show her how it feels." U guessed it, the message accidently went to her, she read it and gracefully responded that we didn't have to do anything for her that it had been a
"learning" experience working with each of us.
