Ginger and peppermint are both effective. The important thing, though, is to find the cause of the nausea.

Natural remedies work to support the body and heal it, not suppress symptoms. The symptoms are there to alert you to the problem. A good herbalist will help you find the cause, not just cover the nausea.

You can get ginger root in the produce section at the grocery store. Cut up 1cm square into little pieces and boil with a cup of water. Sweeten with lemon or a little sugar. That will take nausea away. Also, if you can keep ginger snaps down, they will work too.

Why are you nauseated? There has to be a reason. The reason will have a lot to do with how you treat it. For just general info, take sips of coke, just sips frequently. It is natural and should help you for a short term duration. If nausea persist to see a Dr. is in order.
