Ok, so me and my friend kinda got in a fight 3 or 4 months ago... It wasn't anything major, but i was annoyed at her for other things, so I just kind of stopped talking to her. We talked for about a week after the fight, and then stopped. Anyway, I really miss talking to her, about the stupid stuff, and I feel terrible that I stopped talking to her... it was really me that stopped. I was just wondering if it would be strange for me to IM her and say I'm sorry after all this time... it probably isn't, but I'm nervous about it, there's something weird about the whole situation. anyway, any help would be great (I know there really isn't a problem).

Is there a way you can ask your friend to an outing like a movie or shopping and while you are together tell her how sorry you are?

yes, dont feel strange. u prolly feel strange cuz u havent tlked to her in so long. u know a friendship will die and if there is no communication. u dont want the last time u tlked to her was a fight do u? no. if u just stopped...it was because u needed to have some air from her for a while. u just needed to be around other people. but now u wanna go back but a simple apology is stopping u! dont wait for her to say sorry first...cuz shes prolly waiting for u. the wise person will say sorry first...regardless if they did anything wrong. she may have stopped tlking to u cuz she knows u dont wanna tlk to u. a simple 'hi' in the hallways will surprise her. and when u get the time...say sorry for whatever u did. do it on IM or on the phone or at school.and she will most likely say sorry back and actually mean it. it is never strange to say sorry after all that time. it will always be a happy thing. because she will feel sorry too. and u guys will be friends again. so much fighting in a relationship can be erased just by a simple " I'm Sorry. " Tell ur friend that ur sorry and that u miss her.

If I were you, I would just im her. Don't let fear destroy a good friendship. I know you are probably embarresed to contact her, or scared of rejection. You have to do this, or you will never know. I think you need to be brave and get it over with. It most likely will turn out better than you think. Also, she might be feeling the same as you do.

Of course you should IM her and tell you miss her friendship. She may be thinking the same thing. Even if there was some sort of conflict, work it out with her. Friends mean to much to just let it slip away. I wish you the best of luck.

It is true that the path to a friends heart is never long! If she is a true friend you will be glad you reached out and took responsibility for you wrong doing! If she isn't a true friend than at least you'll know.
Good luck Dear,
