i have to draw a picture of her. her name is "Mrs. Which" and it's from the book A Wrinkle In Time.

She is normally seen as little more than a shimmer of light. Mrs Which seldom (if ever) fully materializes, but in human form she resembles a stereotyped witch in black robe and peaked hat.

Don't you have the book? Go to the library. I think she was the one with the really thick glasses, quite overweight, short and had on a silly large-brimmed hat. It's been years since I read it, though.
