I got you all beat. Check out William Shatner (Capt Kirk from Star Trek)'s version of Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, Rocket Man or Mr Tamborine Man. There a video of him doing Rocket Man as a night club singer with loosened bow tie and smoking a cigarette. Truly unbelievable.

Guns N' Roses cover of Sympathy For The Devil. It's terrible. They did decently at Dylan's song Knockin' On Heavens Door, but they should have never recorded this Stones song.

Mariah Carey's cover of the Badfinger classic "without You." As Aurora H mentioned, Mariah Carey additionally ruined a Def Leppard. And right this is how Badfinger and Def Leppard are related: Def Leppard did a cover of Badfinger's "no count what," which i actually enjoyed.
