I heard about the wonder spot and know its important in capturing the five extra legendary pokemon please tell me more about it.

there is no wonder spot, its just a place that someone made up to make you think theyre better than you. its also referred to as the w-spot.

i have not heard of it before, i have only heard of wonder gift witch is in ruby version and wat do u mean by catching the extra five legendary pokemons,there is no way u can catch the legendary pokemons unless u got the items.
