keep in mind, its only a job-they cant kill you! also, if it wont matter in 10 years from now, dont fret about it. there are good days and bad, getting the bad one out of the way means good days are coming real soon!

I would never suggest that... my suggestion would be to chat with someone, call someone you enjoy talking to... go do something fun... sometimes it's fun to chat with someone new... I take my meds... I usually get in a funkey bad mood when everythign goes all wrong... maybe rent a movie... play an online game in yahoo games... I could come up with some more things that I do.. it all dependson your friend base...and things you enjoy doing...

i know when i have a shitty day i take a long shower and wash it away- i shave my legs and use good lotion and do my nails and my toes. sometimes i drink A glass of wine (just one) put on a really good movie either something violent that pumps me up or something funny or just girly.
or i go to the gym and work out the aggression and insanity of the day. then come home and shower. then watch a movie
or i put on music that really pumps me up and just DANCE and sing. gets your heart pumping and you start to smile.
basically you need to get yourself to a place where you can say "F it! tomorrow is another day! i'll do better tomorrow!"

Jump on da bed. Listen to your favorite CD. Take a long bubble bath. Read an awesome romance novel. Drink choc milk. Rent a funny movie. And then go to bed.
Relax. Remember: "This too shall pass". We all have crappy days. Tomorrow will be better. :)

Take a bubble bath...
Read a good book...
Call some friends...
Take a nap...
Or whatever makes you happier the most!
Me personally...I like taking bubble baths. lol VERY relaxing...And light some scented candles, and it owuldn't hurt to have a nice beverage, like wine or someting or the sort to calm you down.
