I usually set a goal to spend about 100-200 for a party and end up spending 500 but that includes drinks if it's an adult party and entertainment if it's a kids party. For only the things you listed here i if you were to go out and purchase from a retail store you would probably spend about 250. That's my guess. Hope this helps.

Do you mean kids parties ?

Depends where you live and what your target market can be. Target middle class mums. If you live in London target investment bankers. Set up a website and get yourself Google optimised - you will have to invest some money in this.

You can add value by knowing good kids entertainers and being present to organise the event - these things can be nightmares - if you can solve the problems on your feet and keep the kids interested you have it made.

Do it right and surprise and delight the parents and you will get word of mouth recommendations from the mums network.

Good luck

Sorry, I think it's a non starter, most of the things you have listed are available at your local supermarket at very cheap prices so you would find it extremely hard to compete. Most parents opt for external parties now don't they to save on mess and having to organise it. Good luck though.

You forgot catering/food, beverages, alcohol, and entertainment (band, DJ, clowns for kid parties, etc)
