You may not be aware, but the American Bar Association has been pushing an initiative for law schools to train more minority lawyers--including the disabled. Focus your personal statement so that it shows how you have overcome the obstacles that are unique to your disability; and how having you at their institution would benefit them. Be careful though and don't get cocky or you will upset someone on the committee.

NYU isnt that tough to get into, You have a good shot. Harvard is probably out of your range but maybe if you put in a killer personal statement( possibly about your struggle with dyslexia) you could get lucky. 169 is good enough dont waste your time taking it again. They arent going to look at your third time taking the test anyway.

You never know until you apply. The schools are tough to get into, but if a whole lot of people say that it is too tough to get into and then not apply, that leaves you opportunity to get in!

Sad to say...you have a very slim chance. You could at least apply, and see.
