a combo of the both. know when to stand your ground and speak up, but know when to keep your mouth shut. who likes a girl that is always loud and outspoken?

Outgoing and outspoken. Being shy and reserved will get you trampled.

I think a combination of the two is the best.. Outgoing and outspoken when needed or when it is best.. But easygoing and quiet all the same.. However, if I had to choose one or the other, Outgoing.
