Assault with intent to great bodily harm. Could be a hate crime (homosexuality???) if that is the "why" they were bullying the person.
If it was in a public school, there would also be rules about "bullying" other students.

That is some kind of sexually abuse, not sure which type. But it didn't sound like it was fair. But what is funny for some is death for others. Keep away from persons who think fun is humiliating others.

It is battery.... assault is verbal... battery is physical.. Actually a charge of assault and battery can be made in this case.
