Probably 3.7 or better. I have heard they don't like seeing high SAT scores and low GPA's like 3.2. I have heard they like to see both hard work and the scores to prove it.

From what I've seen don't bother applying if you have a low GPA, and high SAT/ACT score. It will go right in the trash.

My friend got into Stanford's Masters program with a 2.8 and excellent GRE scores so...who really knows.
