These "High Yield Investment Programs" (HYIP) are usually scams. I have never heard of a legitimate one. The US Treasury department considers the phrase "high yield investment program" a red flag that you are probably dealing with a scam.

Most of hyip are scams. Maybe among these scammers are few honest ones but finally they fail too because they cannot compete with such high interest rate that all the scammers offer. So better stay away from them.
My advice is start your own forex trading and you will be excited with such incredible business or invest with a real and experienced trader that accepts private funds.
