I placed an order wi Stained Glass Warehouse on 2/28/07 and received an email confirming my order # yhst-3328593146220-70156. The item has been charged to my credit card on 03/01/07 and I still have not received the item. I have tried calling the company and cannot get through to speak to anyone. Have sent emails to customer service and do not get an answer. Please let me know how I get my item ordered or get a refund.

Leave a message an tell them that you'll report them to the BBB...also notify your credit card company what happened so you can dispute your charges and get your money back
