I have Pokemon Sapphire where do find the Eon ticket that I need to get to Southern Island

u have to mix record with a ruby or sappire version that has a eon ticket to get eon ticket,or u can use a gameshark if not u can go to a pokemon event.

You have to mix records with a ruby or sapphire game with an Eon Ticket, which will take you to Southern Island. I think the Eon Ticket was a promotional item, which means it will be hard to find. I know that probably doesn't help.
