As long as you don't have an SE with the performance package your tire size should be P215/55R16 91H - a relatively popular size.

The BF Goodrich Traction T/A H is a good choice for an all-season tire. Wear seems important to you so this is a good choice as it has a very decent mileage warranty for the size - 60k miles.

If you want your all-season traction with improved dry-weather handling and response then the Bridgestone Potenza G009 is my pick, but you'll lose some mileage with that gain in performance - 50k mileage warranty on this one.

If you want the ultimate in ride, handling and all-season prowess though the answer is the new Bridgestone Turanza Serenity. A bit spendier but really an amazing tire and has a 70k mileage warranty to boot so you get quite a lot for the extra money.

I wouldn't give up on Continental necessarily either. They make several tires that fit your car and some are better than others. If you had a CH95 or Extreme Contact then these are not long-wearing tires. The Premier Contact though has a long mileage warranty (80k) and has gotten generally positive reviews. This is more of a straight-up all-season tire or touring tire than a performance tire but is worth considering if corner-carving is not your top priority.

The aforementioned Tire Rack link carries all of these.

Go to www.tirerack.com and type in your car and the size tire you need. You will see all kinds of choices. You can seperate them by price and even read feedback from consumers who purchased tires, and have rated them.
