I think they care about their points and levels.
Starting a new account brings them back to Level 1.
Honestly though, I think there are much more important things to be worrying about these days than Y!A's points. Lol.

the REAL point i feel, is that the Y!A team DOES NOT have individuals reading EVERY SINGLE Q&A. that would take an enormous, expensive staff. we'd probably have to PAY $1.25 per Q and 30 cents per A.
