what's the violation scheme?!?

i've seen like 5 quesitons bout some violation scheme...some one PPLLZZ tell me wht it's about...lol, thx

uncle billy had 82,000 points and very few violations, somebody or bodies attacked the profile with bogus abuse reports and the profile was suspended and then deleted.

I think it's about breaking the Community guidelines and the
abuse rules that Yahoo posts for Q&A.

It means that someone stalked my last profile and got yahoo to delete it for no good reason.
