both absol and feebas is very rare, let talk about absols first,absol can be found at the area with the tall grass,i think it is at route 119,and the other spot is at the place very near the seven gym it is also tall grass.

now feebas,i think feebas is the rarest pokemon in the game,feebas can be found in the water in route 119,i said it is rare because there r hundreds of tiles of water but feebas only appears in six tiles in the water,the tiles are not permanent,the tiles that u can find feeba depends on the phrase u said in dewford city,check every tile in route 119 ,be patient as i get my feeba by fishing for 2 hours more.
