Okay so I've been back and forth switching my emphasis and I am currently enrolled in Business Management with an emphasis on Sales and Marketing.(It was originally human resources), anyway I will be graduating June of next year with my associates and was hoping someone could give me some ideas as to what I could do with this degree? (I am a creative, easy-going, fun type of person and really want to find something to fit my personality.) Thanks in advance for the help!!

First, you can do anything. You have a versatile degree that can be used to get you in the door of a good company.

Recognize that a formal education in many cases helps a person learn how to think, research, and solve problems. You'll learn far more gaining experience in your job than you will in a classroom. So, don't feel like you must aim for a particular job, just because your degree has a label associated with it. Rather, seek companies that are known as "best places to work." Or, Target companies that have other young, educated people...you'll likely find more joy and fulfillment working with people who have common interest. Don't be too concerned about what it is you'll be doing, as your first professional job is only a springboard to making more informed decisions once you've gained a bit of experience and knowledge about the company or industry.

If you live in a big city, you might consider advertising, but be prepared to start at the very bottom. Once you land a job, check into their tuition reimbursement and consider pursuing your bachelor's degree. It should help you in the long run.

What interest or ingredient of a job did you take excitement in maximum? how plenty funds might you prefer/prefer to make? a large style of areas decrease your earning power without a bachelor’s degree. sales is an area the place an pals degree is large and there are much less barriers on earnings ability whether it seems that such as you aren’t happy with that. It’s my adventure that sales human beings get burned out while they’re merchandising some thing they don’t have faith in or for a corporation they don’t admire. Is which you? if so then you definately might might desire to look for a sales interest yet merchandising some thing you care approximately for a solid corporation.
