mothers tend to really overprotect teenage daughters with some grounds to do so. not all girls need this and not all mothers do this. my mother did with my three sisters with mixed results. you need a hug and try to think of her as not being untrusting but wanting the absolute best start she can give her daughter even if sometimes she is a bit overwhelming

ask them. The whole trust thing goes both ways. Maybe your parent have a trust issue because of something they did.

Maybe it's not you that she can't trust, but herself. Your probably at the age where, when she was your age, she started to do things she regrets. Talk to her, and let her know what you feel.

It's not that she doesn't "trust" you, she just wants what's best for you...Your her little girl she just wants it to stay that way as long as possible...She loves you....
