The Boogeyman?

Question

I was wondering if there is anyone out there that might have some more information on this little individual, I had a childhood boogeyman or something similar that had the body of a dog the face of a man and elf like ears, he also had goat horns. I know this sounds odd but the one I remember never tried to harm me only scare me; the odd thing about this was he used to speak to me and had a name: Satchel. Now I'm 31 and still remember him, and oddly enough just a few years ago my younger brother and I discussed supernatural brushes with one another that we had never discussed before and yes, he too remembers Satchel. I recently discussed this with my fiancee and was shocked to find out that her younger brother had also had a brush with something similar to Satchel, however what he had ran into never spoke to him as he moved to their downstairs bedroom after one experience. I want to know if me, my brother and future brother in-law are alone, what is Satchel and where does he come from?

Well I can only tell you by experience I had one with long fingernails, and when I read the bible and it said that Satan preyed on the young I realized that he was terrorizing me at night and he knew exactly what would scare me, I have talked to many people who had these night terrors, the bible says that he can transform himself into anything and that he is very busy, and it doesn't talk about other things like the boogey man or gnomes so I think it is him that is behind the terrorizing of small children.
