How do I find out the value of my guitar?

I have an old acoustic.....16 years at least and unfortunetly I do not know the make of it. Is there a site that can help me find out what make it is and how much it is worth dollar wise. Sentimentally it is priceless but I want to know just for fun

It depends on its condition, and mainly its model and maker. If you don't know its maker, that can be a problem. However, if your grandfather was Elvis Presley or someone and if you have some picture of him playing it, then the guitar will be worth a lot of money.

I would just take it to a pawn shop or a guitar shop.
