HELP!!!!!! What do I do?!?

I have a ScanDisk Sansa c240 mp3 player, and it is frozen in the ON position! I can't get the battery cover off. What do I do?!

find a gem clip then look for reset inlet on the player stick the clip in for one second should release

1. reset
2. if reset dont work---------- hold off button for 2-5 minutes.
