Why would she be. According to the Constitution she is old enough, she was born in the United States, and she has not served more than 2 terms.

What you may have heard was that some people did not think she was qualified to be president. That relates to experience and policy, not law. If you are 35, a natural born citizen, and have lived in the US for 14 years, you can run too. You would probalby not get anywhere with it, but you can file.

I wouldn't think so. She's over 35 and a US citizen born in the USA. Constitutionally, she's eligible.
