I've alsways wanted to paint my own pictures and other stuff and be able to hang them in my house without throwing up when i walked pass them... the thing is that i can't draw or paint.. i need HELP.. i need advise on how to draw humans...fruits and basic things we see everyday....

there are wonderful books that walk you through the basic processes of learning to draw. 'drawing on the right side of the brain' is a very good choice for someone starting out.
if you don't want to buy the book, go to you local library and check. it is popular enough that they should have it. there are also dozens more written in the last 15 years.

I doubt there's a good website out there that can replace the good ol' fashioned experience of whipping out a sketch book and pencil and just drawing what's in your head. You'd be amazed at how much you can pick up just by doodling and experimenting.

firs to f all get yourself a nice program, I recommend either painter IX or photoshop if you can afford them, then check this site , it has plenty of tuts and really helpful...almost covers everything with new different artist's styles and techniques.
