How do i put mpg ,mpegs and avi to my ipod with sound?

Go to www.videora.com and download their file converter. Then open up Videora, click "Transcode New Video", and select the video you want to convert. Click the start button, go to your selected output file (default is a file in the Videora file I think. Either that or My Videos). Find that video now (It's in MP4 format) and drag it into your iTunes program (in the Video section).
