That was Suddenly by Angry Anderson, it was Charlene and Scott's wedding song on the show Neighbours.
Pointless trivia: the B side was called 'Falling' and I still remember all the words!
More trivia: When “Suddenly” was first released in 1986, it was moderately successful at best, but then it was chosen as the song for the wedding of the decade - the Neighbours TV show wedding of Kylie Minogue and Jason Donovan. “Suddenly” catapulted to the top of the Australian charts, and to number two on the U.K. charts.
