I'm doing a training course tomorrow and need to be bright and perky............but would another hour on YA make any difference?

OK if you don't get reported I'm going to cry when i posted a smiler question's i get reported and its all just in fun isn't it any way what coarse are you going a boring sitting and listing one or a doing something one with the first you can catch up there they always give you hand outs anyway the second i would go to bed lol
