I don't know about wearing a shirt, but being around your friends (female AND male) can influence your cycle.

i worked at a vets office with 6 other women and after about 2 years of working together 6 days a week we all had our periods about the same time. i don't know how concentrated your pheromones would be on a sweaty shirt and i think you would have to wear it every day for a long time. eeeeeee!!!! your pheromone levels probably change all the time.? so i don't think it would work besides, why would you want to change the date of your period?

Why do people believe these myths, the one about a group of women living together, and everyone gets their period at the same time. It just isn't possible, you have your period based on what your own body is doing, not what someone else's is doing. If this were true, households full of women would be mensing at the same time, it's medically not proven. I have a daughter and two step daughters, we all run differently, so why is that? Because we are all different, period.

Not from wearing someone else's sweater. Women who spend a lot of time together (work or live together) do end up synchronising periods.

No but it will if you wear their sweaty socks!
