You said you already told him how you felt and you got nothing? Move on. I only spend a yr on courting someone because a person no's wether or not they want to be with you way before then usually at 6 months but then it might take a little while longer seeing how a relationship would be with each other but defiantly in a yrs time if I'm asking the questions you are asking yourself its time to move on. Gemini guys are indecisive and don't really no what they want and you'll be waiting around forever if its up to them. So its ok to keep him as a friend if you want but romantically I would let it go. You deserve to be with someone who wants to be with you as much as you want to be with them. So go out there and start flirting and leave that Gemini behind. He'll realized what he could have had when its too late, they always do.
