I'm outgoing when I'm around my friends, or when I'm not in class. But when I'm in my classes I'm this really quite person. How can I be more outgoing in my classes without everyone going: "Whoa, what happened to her?"

like nikes slogan just do it obviously you have it in you so I would just opt to be that person you are because it will have positive results in the end...do you really want to be known in high school as most shy or someone no one knows c'mon honey you can do it. I did and i love who I am its confidence, look in the mirror and tell yourself how fine you are every morning and dare not let another HATEr say you aren't

I was the same way when I was in school. I would just take small steps answering questions in class, or just saying hi to someone you don't usually talk to. Maybe stay after school once in awhile to get extra help even if you don't need it so your teachers know you are reaching out. Sometimes you just gotta reach down and find the guts to do things. Good luck.
