Family planning and childhood vaccination for the third world. Or perhaps economic stimulus so they can feed themselves for the long run and make use of their natural resources without destroying the environment. .
Imagine how much better the world would be if all countries had a solid infrastructure and economic progress. Capitalism can help. You'd see more educated people, and double the number of scientists, doctors, and researchers to help the world, if that's their interest. We'd all prosper.
Starvation is unforgivable in this day and age. So is death by fundamentalism and extreme governments.

Africa; Africans have too much publicity about famine, poverty, and in general Africans have it bad. The humans of the world need to go into Africa and help plant some corn, built the Etheopians some sky scrappers, highways, grocery stores, and malls.

I would give it to St. Jude's children hospital. They are doing amazing things there. Also, it helps all children in America. Which is the children we should think about more than we do.
