Here are "the signs"...
When there is no longer any mystery.
When you can't sit down without everyone knowing the color of your underwear, or whether you're even wearing underwear or not.
When you can't stoop or bend to pick up your car keys without everyone know more about you than they need to.
When the police hassle you on the streets because they think you're a hooker.
When you're sent home from work or school because you aren't conforming to the dress codes.
When you can't walk up the stairs without people knowing the color of your underwear...or lack thereof.

Fact from fiction, truth from diction. A mini is ONLY too small if your cheeks are hanging just by standing. The top is so low to the woman bush area one small cell phone would cause and embarrassing exposure by the sag. And when fat women scowl at you for showing them up.

There is a difference between mini skirt and Micro-miniskirt. When your butt is hanging out, or you can't walk in it, i'm sure that's when its too short.
