What are some of the areas in the US that has really high problems with the methaphamine users and the methaphamine labs?

There are several areas where meth is really bad but looking at it from a Southern area specifically it is, Mississippi. It has also increased in Louisiana since Katrina.

Washington state has a really bad meth problem, especially areas in SW Washington state along I-5, Central California is also known for the meth problems they have.

Central Illinois (particularly Maroa, Clinton and Heyworth) has a very high concentration of meth users and exploding meth labs.
