the secret to being a team leader is to let everyone else in your team give suggestions then you say nothing let them argue it out then step in with your idea which is taken from their idea's
problem solved
oh and always stay very calm let everyone else loose their temper cause they have then lost the arguement
remember there will always be someone in your team who will not pull their weight you will have to rectify this very quickly if you are to last
