Bush has a weather machine you know. He bought from well known terrorists Destro and Cobra Commander. It is called the weather dominator.

Actually it was Bush and his entire cabinet along with everyone he ever became friends with. They gained there magical powers after the election and decided to bring a hurricane with there new found abilities. Will they be stopped???

I've heard the government has a weather machine there in Alaska called HAARP, quite a bit of info about it on the net.
And they do have an earthquake machine they bought from the Russians.

Neither, but whether they become disasters may be influenced by Bush's magical ability to make lousy decisions and utter failure to properly deal with crisis situations.
Maybe if we all close our eyes and hope real hard, Brownie will come back to help with the natural disasters...
