Your question is very tricky still I would like to answer withmy personal views/ideas and experiance.
Both the words areheavy weight in their position, it all depends when and how and what for you have performed the act of sacrification/satisfaction.

In todays world if you give a seat to any female in the bus who is standing its first observed whats the age, wheather its for known person or just following the culture. If for culture this sacrifice would be appriciated.

Like wise, the need and way of satisfaction has to be looked into. If a rapeist says that he had performed the act for his mental satisfaction then such satisfactions are real danger to mankind. It cannot be great.

I would at last say that sacrifice and satisfactions are always deeply interrelated and the purpose/cause leads to their grading. They can neither compared nor be told great, better or best till the cause is known.

sacrification is the great than satisfaction because of we sacrifice for others so we got more satisfaction to do others.
satisfaction means we do for ourself that is satisfaction. so i think sacrification is the great than satisfaction.

Used to be that when you sacrified yourself for something or someone you were great. Now if you do you're an idiot and a loser. I believe that sacrifice is greater, satisfaction is for people who are selfish and superficial. But then again, I'm seen by most as an idiot for always taking the hard way, taking it for others.
