The vascular bundle. Within that there are xylem and phloen vessles.

The xylem move water (and nutriens from soil) from the roots to the rest of the plant by passive transport.

The phloem move sugars from photosynthesis from the leaves to the rest of the plant, using active transport.

Are you sure it's a part of the plant and not the process? The process is called osmosis. Basically it;s the passage of water from one cell tgo another, a bit like a tissue dipped in water.

phloem carries glucose produced by photosynthesis to the roots, while xylem carry water from the roots to the leaves, which is needed for photosynthesis.
