I have alot of habits that I can't control and are pretty stupid I might say myself. I'm not asking this question just about me but to everyone who has a habit (I'd say everyone because no one has no habits, even the small ones we tend to miss count).

The best way to stop a bad habit is to replace it. It takes about 4 weeks to create a new habit. Tackle on at a time and try something in place of it until it's normal for you.

Take it one at a time. Change your pattern of how you do things. If you find you're wasting time playing computer games after supper, in stead of ding your homework, then start doing your homework after supper, and then if there's any time left, you can play the games or even better, if there is extra time, find another thing to occupy that space. Like a craft or even, (God forbid) clean your room. Good luck with it.

a habit comes from anxiety, where did your anxiety come from, deal with that however long it takes. just like you trained your brain into these habits you have to train your brain out of these habits.

As long as it's not obsessive compulsive disorder where you rearrange your shoes every ten minutes or check if the stove burners are off.
