I like to dress up to see a play. If it's a matinee, I am a little more casual, but in the evening, I think it's nice to dress up. Makes the evening special.
If you're referring to the Pantages in L.A., this is an historic theatre. The Academy Awards were held there! Get into the spirit of Hollywood glamour!

Just wear a comfortable casual pair of pants and top with a cute jacket. Sitting for an hour you don't want something constricting or heels where your feet will swell. Dress nice but comfy. Have fun!

Dress nice not to fancy and not to casual. Maybe a dress and high hells or nice flats. Not any sneakers!!!! maybe if you are a girlie girl wear a ribbon in your hair.
