Early pregnancy can closely mimic PMS - sore breasts, mood swings, bloating etc. This happens to a lot of women who are pregnant but it also happens to many more women who aren't.
Since you can't confirm pregnancy with a test there are two possibilities - either that you have conceived but have tested too early, or that you are not pregnant.
Either see a doctor and get a blood test or wait a week and test again.

If you are really worried you can go to the Dr. or clinic and get a blood test, but really just wait a week and test again is the best answer.

Hi,
How far along are you? I was 5.5 weeks until my test finally showed up. It really depends on how far you are. If you take the test in the morning as soon as you get up, the chances are it will show up more quickly.
Best option if unsure is to take a blood test which will show up.
Good luck girl

You might be testing to early, give it a week or two and retest using a different brand of pregnancy test.

Wait a week or two no more than three, then if you don't get your period go see your doctor. There could be something else wrong if your period doesn't show up.

if your period is late, test again. if its negative then you aren't pregnant and you should see a doctor to make sure nothing else is wrong. if you haven't missed your period and it isn't due yet, then wait until it is due and test. If you haven't missed your period and you got it normally, then you are not pregnant.
