I've heard of Saddle King and from what I have heard, they are mostly junk nowadays. Never heard of TSI though, so I would be careful. Try looking into a Dakota brand saddle. I bought one and I am very impressed with the quality for the price I paid. Mine was around $750, but I have received so many compliments on it, most people think it cost over $1000. They are semi-customizable too, so you can pick your leather color, seat color, tooling options, what type of tree and bars you want etc etc. After many long and challenging trail rides, my saddle has held up better than most of the more expensive brands and several people from my barn ordered a Dakota saddle because it's been so great for me. Go to www.culturedcowboy.com. If you see one you like give them a call....there is a man named Chuck there who is EXTREMELY helpful and VERY nice. They can give you a quote on how much your saddle would be. I would hurry though....they custom build your saddle once you order, so it can take about 6 weeks. Good luck on finding the right saddle, I hope this helped.

I am not familiar with the TSI saddle,, however any saddle king made within the last 30 years is pretty junky,, poor workmanship, faulty trees ect, ect.
Most saddle in the price range they are in are about the same... Quality gear cost more money, for good reason.. Attention to matireals and workmanship,, and they are normally made by someone who truly understands riding. Keep shopping and ask lot's of people.. A good quality, good fitting saddle that is used should run about 750.00.
Anything cheaper is probably junk and would sore your horse.

I THINK they are 'treeless' saddles which are easier to fit to difficult shaped horses.

If you would like to have an Equestrian/Horse category on here, please go to the Forum and suggest it. Thanks.
