It's important to get to the doctor within the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. It really decreases your chance of miscarriage. Your doctor will give you instructions on what to do from there and answer all your questions. In the mean time, avoid alcohol, drugs, and any pain pills besides tylenol. Also, try to eat a healthy diet and take a multi vitamin or over the counter prenatal vitamin if you can. If you think you don't want to keep the baby, then you also need to make an appointment with a doctor. There is no safe way to force miscarriage on your own. Most likely you'll end up with a deformed or handicapped baby instead. If finances are a problem, go to your county health department or planned parenthood. They offer services a little or no cost depending on your income. And last, but not least, tell someone you trust!

Go get WIC. It's a great program for people who are married or single. It helps with food and the nurse can help answer all your questions. Then go to your OB/GYN. She'll check the heart beat of the baby, and tell you about how far along you are. Then from there, it's an easy ride. Just take it easy, and try not to get overwhelmed. I'm 22 weeks along. It's so cool to be able to hear the baby's heart beat, and it's an amazing but long adventure. Good luck.

Don't drink alcohol and don't smoke. Call the OBGYN and get started with appointments. Start prenatals and use caution when taking any meds.

Go see a doctor. Make your decision on what you want to do with the baby and take care of yourself.

Modify your question by being more specific. What do you want to know? Do you want to know about exercising, limitations, diet, sexual activity, birthing, medical treatment, doctor care, what what?
