It's definitely better, you have more of an understanding of what it is, you're not blinded by it, and you can embrace it better.

Not sure I would define it as lovelier, but I think it is a bit easier, as you have already been in a relationship once, and have a better idea of what to look for and what to watch out for in picking your next relationship.
