WHAT SHOULD I WRITE???...
Mothers’ day is coming, please tell me, is this a good idea, I sell Avon and my brother gave me this idea... (He said it would work for the men who just don't know what to get... and the men who work too late to go shopping...) make gift baskets... and do a "build your own basket" or a “You pick the price” where you tell me what you want in the basket and I put it together. And charge...
Ex.
Small basket: $2.50 plus the cost of the Avon products.
Medium basket: $3.50 plus the cost of the Avon products.
Large basket: $4.50 plus the cost of the Avon products.
Do you think this would work???

why are you limiting your self to a small town? with this day and age and there being internet and paypal and some many different shipping options you could make your own page and call it Girl of Your Dreams Gifts (a play on your screen name but also suggesting the beauty products will make there wifes or who ever look like a dream) and dont just limit your self to mothers day. sounds like that would be a nice alternative to a floral shop send out mailers (flyers in the mail to area you want to target) I would also suggest making premade baskets so you can get the sales when avon has them and make some more profit. also include jewelery Items in the baskets and purfume. just give them a color scheme to choice from such as Warm, Cold, Natural, or Glam.
Go to message boards men hang out on and tell them about your Girl of your dream gifts and get emails and send them an e-flyer! you got lots of choices here!

My sister in law did it at Christmas. She asked me if I wanted to pamper my wife for Christmas. I bought it.
