as you are walking set your friends along the way, as you pass you friends have them each hand her a rose. Have your best friend be the last friend to pass and he will hand her a rose with a little message tied to it that says " Her Name Will You Marry Me "

Well Brugges, Venice of the North it was once called because of the fine embroideries, so there ya go, find a nice embroidery where you can put the ring in, and go to one of the historical places.
Only been there once so cant remember much.
Wait till the sun starts to settle , will make a nice effect.

Well, I am only 13 so I am probably of no help, but I think where ever is very cool! i mean come on, ANYWHERE in Europe would be romantic enough for me!!! And if she really loves you where shouldn't matter, she should be happy that you asked!! I hope this helps!

take her to eat then set a small box in front of her let her open it to a nice engagement ring then take her hand in yours ask her will you be my wife she'll say yes or no hopefully yes
