Can someone help me write a persuasive speech on abortion?

The first sentence should be an 'attention grabber.' Try a question or diolague. Next, state your thesis ( 'abortion is a good/bad thing.') Then state the reader's concerns (what the opposing side might think.) Then state your easons that support your thesis.This could be the end of your first paragraph, or you could write another sentence that ties in w/ your next paragraph.

Next is the body. There should be at least one paragraph for each reason you stated that supports your thesis.

Finally there is the conclusion. First, restate your thesis.Then repeat your reasons 'why.' And finally, state a call to action (like, 'So call your friends and tell them about this striking topic!' or something)

Some good ideas FOR abortion are:
'Abortion would show mercy to unwanted mothers and would keep their lives under control and intact.'
AGAINST abortion:
'Women should learn to be responsible and to use a birth control pill/tell their partner to use a condom. If they give a child without wanting to, this would teach them a lesson of parenthood and responsibility.'

Abortion is today's question of slavery. Were Blacks real people or cogs in an economic wheel. Is a child, not yet breathing, getting an opportunity to know the beauty of life,or a piece of tissue for a poor soul who is having a hard time, to get rid of. Is 9 months of pregnancy really so terrible to go through for this child to know the joy of being alive.Might the mother learn something wonderful in the process? Is the trauma most go through after an abortion really necessary? Just some ideas. Listen within your own sweet soul for more.

I believe all you need to persuade people to your view are actual pictures. They are very graphic! Very sad and very disgusting. You could probably find some online. I looked it up- I REALLY didn't want to cause it is heartbreaking, site below. I dont know if you are able to use visuals in your speech, but if not you can view the pics and I am sure you will find a lot to talk about.
***Warning (seriously) link hits to VERY graphic pics of what happens to babies when they are sucked out with a vacuum from an abortion... Ya, you guessed it, I am NOT for abortion of any kind for any reason.
