Yes, I usually am. And yes, it is true, talking about your problems helps. Especially when you learn that many others have gone through the same thing.

I seem to be the resident therapist for all my friends and family, and they seem to love having me listen to them. So, I guess I'm emotionally available for them.
(*chuckle*) The question is, are they ever emotionally available for me? Somedays, I wonder...but yes, they are. I just have to let them know I need it.
