Turned into a wolf went to the lake area everything is frozen, flew the bird through the coarse and fought the three twilight monsters in the lake kings chambers and learned that they are all frozen underneath me and talked to the yellow wolf spirit who said to find them when I have sword in hand, so now what? I don't know where to warp or if I'm suppose to stay and defrost the lake area every time I try to get down to the lower town I die. I'm really lost, what do I need to do? Hopefully you can help I'm not good at remembering all the names of places and people sorry it's all so vague.

Warp to Death Mountain. Do you remember the HUGE rock that came crashing out of the volcano in that valley area? Walk up to that rock (it should be right near you if you warped to the right spot) and Midna should fly up to it. Press Z (or if you have a Wii, press the button to talk to Midna) and she'll ask you if you want to warp the stone somewhere. Say yes, and she'll bring up the warp screen. Choose to warp back to Zora's Domain. The huge volcanic rock will melt the ice, and you can move on in the game.
